How do I request or remove a service?

How much notice do I have to give to request an extra pick-up?
Although every effort will be made to accommodate same day requests, 24 hour notice is preferred to ensure adequate arrangements can be made.
What should I do if my pick up was missed or I need to check the estimated time of arrival?
Every effort is made to recover any miss collections when possible. Please report any miss service within 24 hours of the scheduled service time by calling 703-961-1100 or send an email to email@example.com
Who should I contact if my containers need repairs?
If your container needs to be repaired / replaced please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture to help facilitate a faster response.
Do you offer locks for the containers?

What happens to my service if it lands on a Holiday?
kmG provides service for all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Minimal charges are applicable for service on holidays. Please refer to your contract for details or contact our sales office for a quote by calling 703-961-1100 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the accepted materials for recycling?
Recycling requirements vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Most municipalities outline Mixed Paper, Cardboard, Glass, Metals and various Plastics.
Who can assist me with understanding my invoice?
Our invoices are system generated and can be mailed or emailed for your convenience. Each invoice illustrates current charges and any past due charges that have not been paid at the time the invoice is generated. What payment options do you offer How can I pay my invoice?
We accept all major credits cards (3% Fee does apply), checks, cash, and cashier’s check/money order. For your convenience we also offer monthly automatic payment by credit card.
